Refund Policy
Rental Agreements with E-Z Self Storage are on a month to month basis. The rental period begins on the day the lease is signed and continues on the first of each month. All rent is due on the first of each month. If you have not completed a move out form and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the first of each month, full rent is due for that month. Rent will not be pro-rated for move-outs. If the tenant moves out mid-month without giving notice, the tenant agrees to pay a full months rent. The security deposit is refundable provided that a move out form is given by the tenant, the unit is left clean and empty and all rents are current and paid in full. Refunds are mailed to the last address as provided by the Tenant on the move out form and may take 2 – 3 weeks to process.
